The website
The site is free to use. It links to music, videos and profiles hosted on other services, such as streaming and social platforms. Those services have their own terms, and Audio Traffic Control isn't responsible for their content or availability.
Music and content
The music, artwork, videos and text on this site and on Audio Traffic Control's channels belong to Audio Traffic Control unless noted otherwise. You're welcome to listen, watch and share links. Don't copy, re-upload, sell or use the work commercially without written permission.
Mailing list
Joining the mailing list is optional and free. You'll get Audio Traffic Control updates and can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. How your email address is handled is covered in the privacy policy.
Posting tools
Audio Traffic Control runs a private, self-hosted publishing tool that posts only to the artist's own accounts through each platform's official API. It isn't offered to the public, and no one else can sign up for or use it. Its use of each platform follows that platform's developer terms.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Audio Traffic Control isn't liable for any loss or damage from using the site or relying on its content.
